A modern structure with a sloping facade is set above the heavy masonry of the historical building. The new component above houses a very bespoke range of top quality apartments, with access to a parking deck as well as rooftop wellness center.
Parking is on the second floor, designed with the aim that the cars are hidden from the street view, to preserve the historic aesthetic.
